Loved the spacious tatami room, perfect for traditional Japanese vibes. The private hot-spring experience added a lovely touch to our stay. Meals exceeded expectations. dinner featured beautifully presented seafood and impressive variety each night. Breakfast introduced me to delicious, traditional Japanese options that changed my perspective on the cuisine. The morning mochi-making session was a fun and unique interaction with the culture. A bit of a downside was the limited English proficiency of some staff, which made communication tricky at times. Also, the onsen facilities, while well-maintained, felt small during peak hours, making it less relaxing. Overall, a fantastic cultural experience bathed in great food.

Staying here was such a treat, especially with the delicious seafood dinners and the unique rice cake making experience! I loved unwinding in both the public bath and the outdoor hot spring while surrounded by beautiful winter scenery. One tiny downside was the language barrier with some staff, but it didn’t take away from an overall fantastic visit! 😊
